According to Article 3 (1) of the MÜM Decree 6/1996, the county government offices compile and publish the county’s training list every year, which includes the training offer of institutions engaged in adult education activities. The aim is to include these qualifications to support the those jobseekers, who have lost their jobs, or those who have completed their studies, to facilitate the first or next job, and to maintain jobs by acquiring knowledge tailored to labor market needs. The inputs required for the compilation of the county training register are made from job offerings from employees at the government offices of the district, the needs of the registered jobseekers plus the list of shortage professions. The Government Office may amend or supplement the county training register during the year.
